What are the delivery times?

We ship standard orders within 72 working hours.
- the standard delivery time for USA and Canda is 4 to 9 working days
- the standard delivery time for UK is 3 to 5 working days, we offer the option of express delivery in 2/4 working days
- the standard delivery time for France is 4 to 7 working days, we offer the option of express delivery in 24/48 working hours
- the standard delivery time for Belgium is 6 to 10 working days, we offer the option of express delivery in 48/72 working hours
- the standard delivery time for the rest of Europe is 6 to 12 working days, we do not offer express delivery
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity required.

Our deliveries are free in UK for orders over 35£ and cost 3.89£ for orders under 35£.
I have the wrong delivery address, what can I do?
Don't worry, there is still time to fix the problem. Simply send us your corrected address with your order number and we will modify your information.
We would like to point out that any changes after your package has been shipped will not be possible.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days, 8 for personalised products. You will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment, from this reception, you can take into account the delivery times announced.

Delivery charges are calculated according to your basket and delivery address at checkout.
We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods. For French overseas departments and territories, delivery can take between 3 and 5 weeks.
What happens if no one is at home during delivery?
Don't worry, most of our items will be left in your post box if they are small enough. However, if your parcel is too large or your postman does not have access to your letterbox, your parcel will be dropped off at your nearest post office.
